We work very differently than usual service companies. For instance, we don’t have long-term binding contracts or minimum bookings; you only pay for worked hours. This means that the price of a single hour seems more than average, but you only pay for the work done. We also do not charge minimum hours or project management fees. This way, you have great flexibility and more control over the services you use.

24 hours in advance. That does not include weekends and holidays.

You can reach out to your account manager or assigned contact person and cancel 24 hours in advance to the booking.

What do we don’t offer? QA, LocQA, Community Management, Multilingual Customer Support, 2D Art, UI Design, Social Media marketing, Production, Public Relations, VRQA, F2P Game Design and monetization balancing, as well as Trainings and Lecturing. But this is not all, just ask for additional services.

We focus mostly on games, but we also offer services for streaming apps and software.

We primarily concentrate on mobile games and streaming apps. We can consider PC testing in special cases, but unfortunately, we don’t test consoles.

Most of our operations are concentrated in our headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. We work with clients all over the world, mostly remotely. We can also organize meetings in your headquarters. Just drop us a line so we can organize it.

Our pool of testers is constantly growing. If you require more than 6 testers, we kindly ask you to give us one working week notice in order to organize sufficient resources.
